CHESTER RODEHEAVER, CFA

Chester Rodeheaver, CFA brings over two decades of experience across real estate development, venture capital, and structured finance, with a career spanning the United States, Middle East, and Europe.

Chester has a total of eight years of CFO experience across two industries: he served as Chief Financial Officer of Forest Development, a Palm Beach, FL-based real estate developer, where he led capital structuring and finance operations across a portfolio that included Nautilus 220, a $500 million mixed-use waterfront development in the Palm Beaches. He currently serves as CFO of Trioscope, Inc., a venture-backed AI-driven film and television studio with a Netflix series and multiple projects in production & development.

Earlier in his career, Chester advised clients through one of the most active real estate cycles in modern history, working across ground-up development, hotel transactions, brokerage acquisitions, and large-scale restructurings in Dubai and across the Gulf region.

He holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MPA from Harvard University, a Master of Legal Studies from UCLA, and a BA in economics from the University of Virginia. He is a CFA charterholder and speaks German, Spanish, and French, and is conversational in Italian and Portuguese.
