CHESTER RODEHEAVER, CFA

Chester Rodeheaver, CFA is an experienced real estate and venture capital executive. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Forest Development, a Palm Beach–based real estate firm with over $500 million in active construction and a $2 billion pipeline. He also serves as fractional CFO of Trioscope, Inc., a venture-backed technology and entertainment studio.

With 23 years of global experience, Chester has led capital structuring and strategic finance initiatives for developers, homebuilders, and master-planned communities across the U.S., Middle East, and Europe. He began his career at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C., before spending a decade in Dubai, where he advised clients through one of the most dynamic real estate cycles in modern history — from ground-up development and brokerage acquisitions to hotel transactions and large-scale restructurings.

Chester brings deep expertise in investor communications, financial strategy, and building accounting and finance operations from the ground up. His clients have included institutional sponsors, family offices, and operating partners across sectors.

He holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MPA from Harvard University, a Master of Legal Studies from UCLA, and a BA in economics from the University of Virginia. He is a CFA charterholder and formerly held FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Chester speaks German, Spanish, and French, and is conversational in Italian and Portuguese.
